a. Firm Registration Certificate Issued by Sales Tax Dept
b. Firm Registration Certificate Issued by Service Tax Dept
c. Electricity Bill (Not Later Than 3 Months)
d. Telephone Bill (Not Later Than 3 Months)
e. Aadhaar Card if Firm is a Properitorship Concern.
f. Valid Passport if Firm is a Properitorship Concern.
